Conditions for Returns

• Goods must be in their original packaging, unused, unwashed and in resaleable condition.

Returns will not be accepted for the following:

• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Goods that have been unsealed, used, or altered.
• Discounted or promotional items (all sales are final).
• Items unsuitable for return due to health, hygiene, or legal reasons.
• Items inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returning Goods

You are solely responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods. Returns must be sent to the following address:

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as We cannot process refunds for Goods lost or damaged during return shipping. Refunds will not be issued without proof of delivery or receipt.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for regular-priced items that meet the return conditions. The following apply:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and approving the returned Goods.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

Gifts

For items marked as gifts at the time of purchase:

• You will receive store credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be issued once the returned item is received and approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
